Ralph Katerberg, professor and deparment head of management in the Carl H. Lindner College of Business, comments in a November 1, 2012 article in The Cincinnati Enquirer on bringing politics into the business environment.
Katerberg said a political email from the boss sends the message that its OK to use company time and resources for such communications. It also risks alienating those with different political views.
