RetroFittings: UC Students Make First-Rate Fashions from Second-Hand Materials
To benefit St. Vincent de Paul in its service mission, 50 fashion students from the University of Cincinnati's top-ranked College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning, took on the challenge of creating cool couture, with each student using $10 worth of goods from local thrift stores in order to complete a "thrift to thrill" ensemble.
The results will be on display during a fashion show to start at
8:30 p.m., Oct. 10, 2013
