Aquatic Fitness Class Begins in February at UC s Campus Recreation Center
The aquatics fitness class provides a high intensity workout with little or no impact. Floatation devices are utilized in the leisure pool to harness resistance of the current water channel and vortex. The class takes place in shallow water, so bring water shoes if available.
