College of Law to Host Federal Naturalization Ceremony
The College of Law will host a federal Naturalization Ceremonythe final step in becoming a United States citizenat 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 28, in the Patricia Corbett Theatre at the College Conservatory of Music.
U.S. District Court Judge Michael Barrett, a College of Law graduate, will preside over the ceremony. UC President Santa J. Ono is scheduled to attend and speak at the event, along with College of Law Dean Jennifer Bard. Third-year law student Joshua Homer will present the keynote address, after which the participants will take the oath.
