Merit Scholarships Offered at UC Clermont for High School Seniors
UC Clermont will award Merit Scholarships to high school seniors for the 2016-2017 school year. To receive a Merit Scholarship, high school seniors must complete the UC Clermont admission application and must confirm their admission to UC Clermont by February 29, 2016.
Merit Scholarships
Merit Scholarships will be awarded automatically to new first-time, full-time degree-seeking incoming freshmen (minimum 12 credit hours per semester) who meet the following criteria:
High School GPA of 3.5 or higher with a minimum ACT score of 22 = $2,500 per academic year
High School GPA of 3.0 3.49 with a minimum ACT score of 20 = $1,500 per academic year
High School GPA of 2.5 2.99 with a minimum ACT score of 18 = $1,000 per academic year
Students who enroll on a part-time basis (minimum 6 credit hours per semester) will receive 50% of the scholarship amount.
Remember to apply and confirm your admission by February 29, 2016 in order to be eligible.
UC Clermont College is located in the center of Clermont County on 91 beautiful wooded acres in Batavia Township. The college is an accredited, open-access college offering more than 50 programs, associate degrees and a bachelor degree. UC East, a Clermont County expansion in the former Ford plant in Batavia Township, opened in the fall of 2010. It is home to UC Clermont's Allied Health programs.
