Catalyst Rollout No. 3: Financial Aid Functionality Goes Live

The financial aid functionality of the new Catalyst (PeopleSoft) system launches with significant integrated enhancements! Today, the project team achieved the third major project milestone for the new student information system. The complete suite of financial aid functions fully integrates and resides within Catalyst, rather than a separate standalone system as with the current student system. The targeted schedule for 2016-17 financial aid awards is to begin production in mid-to-late March. Both new and returning students will access these aid requirement checklists and awards through the new Catalyst student portal.

Training

for identified end-users will take place just in time during early February in preparation for the awarding of aid packages that will begin mid-March. To get familiar with the new Catalyst financial aid terminology, view the
