Communiversity: The Healing Power of Self-Care Yoga
Communiversity's new "Self-Care Yoga" class combines yoga, meditation, dialogue and exploration around a specific topic or theme of self-care such as: sleep, movement, relationships, creativity, hydration, etc. Our class meets at 10:30 a.m. Saturdays for eight weeks at UC's Victory Parkway Campus (historic Edgecliff by Eden Park). Each week students will learn practical information to put into action in your daily life to feel better. Discover new ways to create happiness, balance and well-being in a supportive, community environment.
No previous yoga or meditation experience required. The class begins Sept. 24.
