Survey Aims to Improve UC's Phone System
UCIT has started the process of replacing the existing university phone system. An Enterprise Voice Task Force, representing a cross section of the university, has been created to help formulate current and future university business voice needs. The result of this group's work will be used to ensure alignment between needs and any prospective replacement system solution.
The Enterprise Voice Task Force is releasing a survey that will help gain a better understanding of the communication requirements related to your daily work environment. Responses and feedback from this survey will help shape the future communication environment of the University of Cincinnati. The task force would like to receive feedback from all UC campuses so they can gather a complete and accurate overview of communication needs across all departments and campus locations.
This survey closes Friday, Feb. 17; follow this link to complete the survey.
