'Fractures' Painting Exhibit Featured in Park National Bank Art Gallery at UC Clermont
The solo exhibition "Fractures," featuring paintings by artist Hilary Siber, is on display in the Park National Bank Art Gallery at UC Clermont College through October 25.
Sibers work utilizes landscape to visually grapple with the constitution of the medium as a means of representing the ineffable qualities of human experiences. I perceive that our world is ever-changing. I believe that as humans, we are not static creatures, but complex beings living in a complex, beautiful and broken world, Siber said. It is my hope that the finished result exemplifies that struggle, and opens up a greater dialogue that lives beyond the picture plane.
