  • Venison Chili, Butternut Squash, Black Beans and Cinnamon Crème Fraîche
  • Roasted Cauliflower with Brown Butter Vinaigrette, Parmesan Frico and Marcona Almonds
  • Paired Wine: Butternut Chardonnay

Choose an Entrée and Sides

:

  • Confit Duck or Scallops
  • Shiitake Mushrooms or Orange Beurre Blanc
  • Paired Wine: Butternut Pinot Noir

  • Fig Bread Pudding with Pistachio Gelato, White Chocolate and Caramel Cream Sauce
  • Pear Clafoutis topped with Blue Cheese, Hazelnuts, Spiced Honey and Raspberries
