Stephen Strakowski Appointed UC Chair of Psychiatry
The appointment is effective Nov. 1, pending approval by the UC Board of Trustees.
Strakowski has served as interim chair of the department since May 1, 2006. He has been a professor of psychiatry since 2000, with secondary appointments as professor of biomedical engineering and psychology. He is also a member of the neuroscience graduate program faculty.
