Boat Welcomed to New Position as Dean
CINCINNATIThomas Boat, MD, was welcomed to his new role as the 50th dean of UC's College of Medicine during a morning reception on July 1, 2011.
The event, which included a light breakfast and gave faculty and staff a chance to greet and congratulate Boat, was held in the Dean's Suite of the UC CARE/Crawley building.
Boat previously served as executive associate dean for the College of Medicine since April 2008 and as chief executive officer of University of Cincinnati Physicians since July 2008.
