
Allied Health Completes OPERATION CAHS
The project was the idea of Rose Smith, DPT, associate professor of clinical rehabilitation sciences.
"Several years ago I helped our physical therapy assisting students organize this same type of project, says Smith. "At that time, both of my nephews were active-duty soldiers in Iraq. I know the joy these packages bring at roll call when they are received by the soldiers. Even though we are in Afghanistan this time and not in Iraq, we still want to give back.
