Power Outage at Reading Campus Planned for Friday, Nov. 23
Maintenance & Operations advises that on Friday, Nov. 23, Duke Energy will have a planned power outage from 3 a.m. to 8 p.m. to repair the substation supplying electric power to the entire Reading Campus. Emergency backup power will be operating during the outage.
Jim Miller, facilities manager, will need to know from the Reading Campus community any special power needs during that time (other than items already submitted). Please notify him (email millerjg@ucmail.uc.edu) of the following:
- Type of equipment and power needs.
- Building name, room number, location in room.
- Contact person's name and a good phone number.
This information is needed no later then noon Friday, Nov. 16.
