
Focus On Staff With Amanda Pack
Amanda "Mandy Pack came to UC Health in 2011 as a patient care representative and shortly after became the administrative and fellowship coordinator for the UC Center for Reproductive Health (CRH). In this position she supports the division director of reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI) Michael Thomas, MD, and infertility specialists Krystene DiPaola, MD, and Julie Sgroa, MD. Pack also coordinates the placement, schedules and continuing medical education for three fellows.
The UC Center for Reproductive Health is the only comprehensive patient care and research center focused on infertility in the Greater Cincinnati area. Established in 1988, the UC Center for Reproductive Health has assisted thousands of women with successful conception and is acknowledged for having success rates that meet or exceed national averages
What brought you to UC? I was searching for stability and I was drawn to be part of something big and exciting. UC has such a great reputation and it is an honor to be part of something that is continuously growing.
What is a typical day like for you? A typical day for me consists of working with the physicians and fellow both one on one and as a team to ensure that we are the best that we can be in reproductive endocrinology & infertility.
What do you enjoy about your job? Because I am a mother, I know what a joy it is to be a parent. Being part of a team that helps people fulfill their dream of becoming a parent is a beautiful thing.
Tell us something people wouldnt expect about you. Something that people may not know about me is that I love art. I paint, draw, craft and take photos all of the time. It is great for relieving stress!
Aside, from work, what keeps you busy? My boys keep me busy
VERY busy. Brody (9) and Braxton (7) are the reason I breathe. I spend my spare time being their mommy, helping with their baseball team and making memories with my boyfriend and family.
