Registration Still Open for National Telehealth Conference
There's still time to register for the National Telehealth Conference March 20-21, 2014.
The event, hosted by the UC College of Nursing, with six specialized tracks each day, is aimed at providing telehealth experiential learning for health care providers, administrators and faculty.
Speakers include UC Academic Health Center faculty, UC Health clinicians and administrators, as well as outside experts.
Presenting the keynote address, "State of Telehealth Across the U.S. and Beyond the Borders," is Charles Doarn, professor in the UC College of Medicine's family and community medicine department and special assistant, Office of the Chief Health & Medical Officer, NASA Headquarters. Doarn is also editor-in-chief of the Telemedicine & e-Health Journal, co-chair of the U.S. Government's FedTel Working Group, and an international telehealth consulant.
Registration is $125 and includes breakfast, lunch, break refreshments and a March 20 evening reception.
