UC Delays Opening Until 11 a.m., Thursday, March 5

The University of Cincinnati will delay opening until 11 a.m., Thursday, March 5, 2015, due to inclement weather. Classes are canceled, and all offices -- with the exception of those noted in the UC emergency closing policy (University Rule 30-16-01) -- will be closed.  

 

This announcement affects the Uptown-West Campus, Victory Parkway Campus, Center Hill, Reading Campus, Blue Ash Campus and Clermont Campus including UC East.

Students at the Academic Health Center should follow their college’s inclement weather plan.

The College of Medicine and the Donald C. Harrison Health Sciences Library will be open normal hours today.

 

The following units never close under any circumstances: Hoxworth Blood Center, University Police, Residence Education and Development/Housing units, utility plants, emergency maintenance operations, any research unit where the integrity of the research must be preserved, and service units that routinely operate on a seven-day-per-week, 24-hour-per-day service schedule.

 

UC Medical Center, UC Health, University Health Services' Holmes Clinic on the medical campus and related patient care units are not affected by this notice. Please visit www.UCHealth.com for information about University of Cincinnati  Physicians’ offices and UC Health hospitals.
