The Next Lives Here Innovation Summit, bringing bright minds from UC and the community together for a day of panels, presentations and conversations, will be held from 1:15 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday Oct. 20 on the fourth floor of Tangeman University Center.
The summit will kick-off at noon with eight, local food trucks at McMicken Circle. They will remain parked there throughout he event.
Highlighted speakers for the day include Morgan Radford, national correspondent for the Today Show, Rodney Williams, CEO and co-founder of LISNR, and Hector Medina, vice president of IT and strategic planning and analytics for Macys, along with UC leadership like President Beverly Davenport, Director of Athletics Mike Bohn, and Assistant Dean of Innovations and Community Partnerships Kathie Maynard.

University of Cincinnati physicians and collaborators identified two specific weather patterns that increase headache and migraine risk and found the preventive medication fremanezumab (Ajovy) can reduce weather‑associated headaches. The findings will be presented at the American Headache Society Annual Scientific Meeting in Orlando.
