West Chester Hospital Winner of Top Workplaces Award

The Cincinnati Enquirer has named UC Health's West Chester Hospital a winner of 2017 Top Workplaces.  The Top Workplaces lists are based on results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement.

"Our dedicated team members are the driving force behind West Chester Hospital’s success in the region. As administrators, we strive to create a work environment that lives up to the exceptional standard of care they provide,” said Tom Daskalakis, chief administrative officer for West Chester Hospital. "It's encouraging to know that their approval earned the coveted recognition for West Chester Hospital.”

This year marks the fourth time West Chester Hospital has received the Top Workplaces honor. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including alignment, execution and connection.

"The Top Workplaces award is not a popularity contest. And often, people assume it’s all about fancy perks and benefits,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of WorkplaceDynamics. "But to be a Top Workplace, organizations must meet our strict standards for organizational health. And who better to ask about work life than the people who live the culture every day—the employees.”
