UC Taekwondo Club Raises Funds for UC Cancer Institute Oct. 27

The UC Taekwondo Club is holding a fundraising event from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct.. 27, at Sheakley Lawn on UC’s Uptown Campus to raise money for the UC Cancer Institute’s Comprehensive Breast Cancer Center. 

The event, which is free and open to the public, will offer attendees free food and drink samples as well as free self-defense seminars and demonstrations. Attendees can also purchase tickets for chances to win a raffle; all proceeds benefit the UC Cancer Institute.
