UC offers engineering summer camps for high school students
In July, high school students can dig into science, technology, engineering and math at the University of Cincinnati
High school students are invited to explore careers in engineering and technology at University of Cincinnati's College of Engineering and Applied Science (CEAS) this summer.
Over the course of one-week summer camps, students see the world of engineering through industry field trips, hands-on projects and college preparation sessions. The summer camps are designed to help foster valuable skills like problem-solving, creativity and collaboration.
Applications are now open for CEAS annual women and men’s engineering summer camps. Rising high school juniors and seniors are eligible to apply. Applications close 5 p.m. Feb. 15.

Program fee: $250
The CEAS summer camps are one-week non-residential camps (housing available per request) that will provide a unique opportunity to develop creativity skills and provide an opportunity to learn and network with faculty and industry leaders.
Students will spend time with different engineering departments on campus and will also visit various corporate engineering plants, such as GE Aviation, Dow Chemical, Duke Energy, Northrop Grumman Xetron and Procter & Gamble. These experiences will allow students to learn about the breadth and variety of engineering fields and complete hands-on projects to better understand engineering concepts and teamwork.
