UC ResNet relocates to University Hall

While University of Cincinnati students are out enjoying their spring, UC ResNet will be breaking in its new space.

This office provides IT hardware and software support for students, faculty and staff. UC ResNet will be packing up and moving from its medical campus location at 103 Kowalewski Hall in the James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy to its new home in 260 University Hall, opening March 25. The Main Campus location remains at Suite 535 of Steger Student Life Center on Main Street.

“Relocating the Medical Campus ResNet Office to University Hall will allow for more consistent staffing and hours of operation,” said Tony Quallen, UC's IT Manager for the end point management group. “The move will also provide more opportunities to align with the Co-op 2.0 pathway for our co-ops and student workers to learn more about IT Support working in a real-world environment and sharpening their troubleshooting skills.”

Both locations offer students, faculty and staff help with software. ResNet also provides out-of-warranty hardware installations or replacements for personal devices.

For departmental-owned devices please contact the IT@UC Help Desk for assistance. The ResNet Office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. (Please note: the Steger Student Life Center location is subject to early closures on FC Cincinnati home game days due to crowds.)
