Exchange donations at Bearcats Pantry for parking tickets or simply donate
University of Cincinnati Parking Services will forgive parking violations in exchange for donations to the UC Bearcats Pantry
Back for a second year, UC Parking Services is partnering with Bearcats Pantry to bring back its Food for Fines campaign this spring. University of Cincinnati students, faculty and staff are able to convert their parking tickets into the gift of giving. Bearcats Pantry provides free food, hygiene items and cleaning supplies to students with food and other insecurities.
How it works: Parking Services will dismiss any outstanding, on-campus parking tickets in exchange for Food for Fines donations. To have your parking ticket dismissed, stop by the Parking Services office in 4 Edwards Center with your donation along with the accompanying receipt. The value on the receipt must be equal or greater than the total of your parking ticket(s). Donations will be accepted through Friday April 12.
Items especially in need include cereal and breakfast bars, hygiene items and non-perishable vegetarian foods. Visit the Bearcats Pantry site for additional donation needs.
Don’t have a ticket? Parking Services welcomes all donations for Food for Fines, with or without tickets!
