Mick & Mack's Chef Table will occur Thursday, April 18 at Mick & Mack’s Café, Tangeman University Center, Level 3. The first course served at 5:30 p.m. Enjoy a three-course meal paired with three distinct wines: $20 per person, not including gratuity.

Starters:

  • Santa Fe Salad with Shrimp
  • Seared Scallop over a Butternut Squash Sauce
  • Paired with Whitehaven Sauvignon Blanc

Entrées:

  • Cod Sandwich on Marble Rye 
  • Glazed Salmon
  • Both Entrées served with Asian Slaw and Sweet Potatoes 
  • Paired with J Vineyards Chardonnay California

  • Grilled Pears with Walnut Caramel Drizzle

  • Thursday, May 16, Chef’s Table: Garden Party, with the first course served at 5:30 p.m.
