  • Starborough Sauvignon Blanc, New Zealand, paired with Smoked Salmon Crostini’s
  • Kenwood Pinot Noir, Sonoma County, paired with the choice of Pork Roast with Peach Moscato Sauce or Garlic Lemon Herb Chicken, both served with Parmesan Rice and Buttered Asparagus
  • Murrieta's Well Dry Rosé, California, paired with Blue Berries with Custard

  • Thursday, July 18 for chef's table: Chilling and Grilling, a chef-inspired, three-course meal featuring fresh seasonal ingredients with beverage pairings, served at 5:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, Aug. 1 for wine & spirits tasting: Chard to Perfection, three distinct wines paired with complementary courses, served at 5:30 p.m.

Bearcat Pantry has seen a recent installment with its new satellite location in the Teachers-Dyer Complex (TDC), home of the College of Education, Criminal Justice, and Human Services (CECH).
