• Nicolas Idiart Blanc de Blanc, France, paired with Cheesy Meatball Cups

• The Federalist Chardonnay, Monterey County, paired with the choice of Creamy Chicken Chardonnay or Pan Seared Scallops in a Chardonnay Butter Sauce, both served with Chardonnay Glazed Carrots and Grilled Garlic Asparagus

• Bollini Pinot Grigio, Italy, paired with Caramel Apples and Brie Skewers
