UC at the Zoo Oct. 5

Don’t miss an opportunity to enjoy UC at the Zoo on Saturday, Oct. 5, and visit the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden at a discounted rate.

Join UC and UC Health for an evening of animal encounters, entertainment and HallZOOween. Tickets are only $6.00 when you purchase by September 15. The price will be $8.00 after September 15 and $9 the day of the event at the zoo. Parking is free. Altogether, that's a $28 value.

Don't drive — ride. UC will run a continuous shuttle from the UC campus to the zoo and back. Guests will be dropped off and picked up from the zoo's main parking lot.

Free transportation will run continuously from the UC campus to the zoo and back Saturday, Oct. 5, from 3:30-9 p.m.

University of Cincinnati college is piloting a program to serve alumni of foster and kinship care

December 12, 2025

In 2025 the Ohio Reach Postsecondary designation was awarded to UC's College of Education, Criminal Justice, Human Services, and Information Technology (CECH) as part of the program's third cohort. The program recognizes and supports higher education institutions that have worked to make their campuses welcoming and accessible for students with a history in foster or kinship care. CECH will run a pilot program called Anchor Point aimed at wide-scale implementation across the campus in Fall 2026.
