Local Information: Feb. 16, 2020, second burglary
On Feb. 16, 2020, at about 7:25 a.m., police responded to the 3400 Ruther Avenue for a burglary report. The victim, a UC student, told police that an unknown suspect entered the residence while the student was sleeping and took some of the student's belongings.
