Cosmetics Design: UC adds a new degree program
UC degree option now tracks from a BS in chemical engineering to an MS in cosmetic science
An article in Cosmetics Design highlights a new degree program at UC where students studying chemical engineering can now choose to follow a degree track: A BS-MS program that allows students to earn a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and a master’s degree in cosmetic science in five years.
The article features comments from faculty members in both disciplines: Kavssery Ananthapadmanabhan (Ananth), professor and director of the cosmetic science program at the Winkle College of Pharmacy ,and Stephen Thiel, professor-educator and director of the undergraduate chemical engineering program.
