Dear UC Community,
We would like to make you aware that a demonstration is currently occurring near our Uptown Campus. A demonstration was also held last night that, in part, occurred on Ohio Avenue, McMillan Street and Short Vine Street.
The safety of our students, faculty and staff is our highest priority. The UC Police and Public Safety staff are actively working with the Cincinnati Police Department to monitor these demonstrations. Our goal is to maintain the safety of our community and allow for the expression of free speech.
Please also be advised that a night-time curfew has been issued for the entire City of Cincinnati through 6 a.m. on Tuesday, June 2. The curfew goes from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. each night.
