President Pinto to hold Town Hall with faculty on Oct. 29
President Neville Pinto will hold a Town Hall with Faculty as a part of the Fall 2020 All-University Faculty Meeting via WebEx on Thursday, Oct. 29, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. President Pinto plans to give a 15-minute presentation and then participate in a 30-minute question-and-answer session. University faculty are encouraged to submit questions in advance to Faculty Chair Greg Loving at lovinggd@ucmail.uc.edu. Questions in the WebEx question-and-answer session will also be welcome as time permits.

Experts say so far it hasn't caused illness any more severe than other strains, but it might be somewhat more resistant to vaccines, as 91.7 WVXU News recently reported. Scientists have nicknamed the variant "cicada" due to its former low profile and current resurgence.
