Cincinnati Law to host Robert S. Marx lecture

Professor Bernadette Atuahene, Chicag-Kent College of Law, will present the 2021 Robert S. Marx Lecture at the University of Cincinnati College of Law. This event will be held at 12:15 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 11, 2021 via WebEx. CLE will be available.

Professor Atuahene joins Devon Carbado, Osagie Obasogie, and the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg in delivering this lecture. Additional information will be available soon.

Recent advances may speed time to endometriosis diagnosis

Trial results support weekly buprenorphine treatment of opioid use disorder during pregnancy

Supported by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), researchers led by the University of Cincinnati's John Winhusen published clinical trial results in JAMA Internal Medicine that found administering weekly injectable extended-release buprenorphine for treatment of opioid use disorder during pregnancy led to higher rates of abstinence from illicit opioids than buprenorphine given daily under the tongue, one of the standard methods of treatment.
