UC political scientist David Niven cited as expert on recent Ohio GOP actions
In early May, the Ohio GOP met virtually for the purpose of voting to censure Rep. Anthony Gonzalez, the congressman from the Cleveland suburb of Rocky River, and nine other GOP House members.
“All this party is doing now is forming a circular firing squad,'' said David Niven, a UC associate professor of political science.
