Get to know CCM's new box office manager
Matthew Wilson is an experienced performer, director, educator and administrator
The CCM Box Office is welcoming new leadership this summer: Matthew Wilson will assume the role of box office manager on May 31, 2022. Wilson succeeds longtime box office manager Jeanne Rose, who will retire on July 1 after 18 years of service to CCM.
Wilson has been a performer, director, educator and administrator for over 25 years. He has worked with numerous organizations including the Broadway League, the Roundabout Theatre Company, the Children's Theatre of Cincinnati, the Carnegie and Cincinnati Landmark Productions.
Wilson holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from Northern Kentucky University and an MA in Teaching. His favorite on stage role has been the Emcee in Cabaret. His directing highlights include next to normal, Into the Woods, The Rocky Horror Show, The Full Monty, Chicago and Spamalot.
"Matthew Wilson will be a wonderful addition to the CCM family, and he will work with our dear colleague Jeanne Rose during the next month to ensure a smooth transition in our box office operations," said CCM Professor Denton Yockey, who also serves as general manager of the CCM OnStage performance series. "Please join me in welcoming Matthew to our team and congratulating Jeanne on her retirement!"
Wilson's search committee was chaired by Yockey and included Rebecca Bromels, Deborah Neiheisel-DeZarn, Jeanette Graham, Jessica Lucas and Alison Tritschler.
