UC Communiversity offers discounted classes

Employees, students, donors and alumni can take classes at discounted rates

Rediscover your passion for education and learn something new! Communiversity is part of the University of Cincinnati's commitment to lifelong learning. Communiversity offers hundreds of non-credit classes, which are held in-person, online, and at venues around Cincinnati. With the interests of adult learners in mind, these courses are taught by UC educators, experts, and artisans from the Cincinnati area. Classes at Communiversity are non-credit and do not apply toward UC degree or certificate programs.

Starting in September 2022, the extended UC Community will now receive a 15% discount* on Communiversity classes. To take advantage of these savings, please review the course catalog for class options and email communiversity@uc.edu to take advantage of the discounts.

Here are four reasons to become a lifelong learner at UC:

  • Lifelong learning is good for your brain, mental well-being, and self-esteem.
  • Continued education can lead to beneficial career advancements.
  • Taking new classes will help you gain practical skills.
  • Exploring new passions helps you connect with like-minded individuals.

Communiversity is always looking for new instructors. If you have a topic of interest you would like to share, please submit a course proposal form.

Employees and students of UC, UC Health employees, UC Alumni, and UC Donors are eligible for the 15% discount. Discount does not apply to ed2go courses, gift certificates, some food and drinks classes (see website for details), and test preparation classes.
