UC Alert: May 19, 2023

On May 19, 2023, UC Public Safety sent the below alerts. The alerts were sent following a shot spotter activation in the area of Jefferson and University. Police responded and searched the area but did not find any persons related to the incident.

UC Emergency - Police responding to emergency reported on Jefferson and University. If safe, stay at your location. Be observant/take action as needed. More info soon.

UC Emergency- Police on scene of emergency at Jefferson Ave and University Ave . If safe, stay at your location. Be observant / take action as needed. More info soon.

UC Emergency: Police have responded to Jefferson/University area for shots fired. The area was checked and no threat was located. Normal activities can resume.
