Nominations now open for UC Alumni Association's top awards
Each year, the UC Alumni Association recognizes and celebrates the many contributions and overall excellence of UC alumni in countless fields of endeavor, throughout the world.
Next year’s slate of honorees will be recognized during Alumni Week, April 7-12, 2025. Awards include the William Howard Taft Medal for Notable Achievement, Robert E. Dobbs Distinguished Service Award, Marian A. Spencer Mosaic Award, Jeffrey Hurwitz Young Alumni Outstanding Achievement Award, and the Outstanding Alumni Awards representing 13 colleges and the unique training ground of UC Athletics.
The UC Alumni Association is currently accepting nominations for its top awards through July 17. Nominate a deserving Bearcat today!

Alumnus makes $3 million estate gift to UC’s College-Conservatory of Music

A $3 million gift from the estate of Barry Mitchell, CEAS ’82, will benefit the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (CCM). This donation will establish the Barry L. Mitchell Endowed Chair and Barry L. Mitchell Music Endowed Scholarship Fund at CCM.
