Lindner accepts applications for new AI in Business graduate certificate
WLWT reports new program can be completed in 2 to 3 semesters
The University of Cincinnati's Carl H. Lindner College of Business is accepting applications for the fall 2024 and spring 2025 semesters in its new Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Business graduate certificate, WLWT reported.
The program can be completed in two or three semesters and can be paired with the Lindner MBA, Master of Science in Business Analytics or the Master of Science in Information Systems programs.
“AI is becoming a big part of business, and a lot of people want to upskill on AI quickly and learn how to apply AI to business,” said Sachin Modi, PhD, professor and head of Lindner’s department of operations, business analytics, and information systems. “The intent of the certificate is to equip students with the correct tools and techniques to achieve this.”
No previous experience with AI tools is required, though a basic background in Python programming and information systems is helpful.
The graduate certificate application deadline for fall 2024 semester enrollment is July 31. For the spring 2025 semester, the priority deadline is Oct. 15, with the final deadline on Dec. 1.
