Lindner announces two new professional programs
Courses focus on leadership for women professionals, human resources analytics
The Carl H. Lindner College of Business has launched two new courses available through Lindner Professional Programs’ open enrollment offerings.
Women Lead: Nurturing Your Leadership Power and HR Analytics: Driving Impact with Data are available to professionals seeking to advance their careers through immersive learning experiences.
“Women Lead and HR Analytics are great examples of how we intend to serve the community,” said Scott Dust, PhD, Kirk and Jacki Perry Professor in Leadership and senior director of Lindner Professional Programs. “The market desires experiential upskilling on targeted topics. Lindner is fulfilling this need with our award-winning faculty teaching cutting-edge content.”
Women Lead: Nurturing Your Leadership Power
Women Lead empowers women professionals to thrive amid the shifting landscape of the modern working environment and elevates their leadership skills. Real-world experts from the Warren Bennis Leadership Institute will build attendees’ capabilities through a trio of modules in this six-week course.
The asynchronous online portions of Women Lead will be held as follows:
- Module 1: Feb. 17 to 28
- Module 2: March 3 to 14
- Module 3: March 17 to 28
On Feb. 28, March 14 and March 28, the synchronous portion will be held from 9-10:30 a.m. EST. Participants can join in-person at the 1819 Innovation Hub or online via Zoom.
HR Analytics: Driving Impact with Data
This course will teach attendees how to leverage human resources analytics for project designs and employee engagement; project requests and stakeholder management; influencing recruiting and hiring decisions; learning and development; and AI tools and capabilities.
HR Analytics is an in-person, five-module course held at Lindner Hall on May 14-15 (9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day) and May 16 (9 a.m.-12 p.m.)
