Mock Trial Team Goes to National Championships
UC's Mock Trial team has won a trip to the Undergraduate Mock Trial Association national championship tournament in Des Moines, Iowa April 5-7. At the regional competitions in Toledo February 15-17, senior Josh Leckrone was named Best Attorney and junior Dan Lentz was named Best Witness. UC's team is coached by Katherine Pridemore, A&S Political Science 1995. Katie was a member of UC's 1995 national champions and is an assistant prosecutor for Hamilton County. Congratulations to Katie and the team. Go Bearcats!

A documentary by UC journalism professor Brian Calfano received kudos by the broadcasting trade publication TVNewsCheck. The documentary follows the career of Al Primo (1935-2022), an American television news executive who is credited with creating the Eyewitness News format.
