October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month

The University of Cincinnati community will have the opportunity to learn more about breast cancer and to contribute to research on this disease. UC’s observance of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month begins with the Health and Wellness Fair from 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 29, on Sigma Sigma Commons. Educational information and pink ribbons will be distributed during the Health and Wellness Fair and at campus departments. Additional educational materials and pink ribbons will be available throughout the month of October at the UC Wellness Center kiosk in the atrium of Tangeman University Center (TUC), and on East Campus at University Health Services, located on the first floor in Holmes Hospital.
