UC Hosts Student Groups With Project GRAD

Project GRAD, the Lumina Foundation for Education, and the University of Cincinnati will co-host the GRAD/Lumina College Access Forum on the campus of the University of Cincinnati from Dec. 18th – 20th, 2005.

The GRAD/Lumina College Access Forum is designed to increase the awareness for college access amongst Project GRAD students throughout the state of Ohio.  The GRAD/Lumina College Access Forum places emphasis on the college enrollment process, financial aid, community college and university recruitment, development of postsecondary support programs, and the collaboration between low-income high school students and college resource providers.

Through the efforts of the GRAD/Lumina College Access Forum, Project GRAD, Lumina, and the University of Cincinnati hope to increase college awareness, access, and financial support to minority students preparing for graduation from high school and admission into college.
