Enquirer: 'Lost Village' of Serpent Mound Indians Discovered
University of Cincinnati assistant professor of
Kenneth Tankersley and his students were quoted in a Cincinnati Enquirer report about their recent discovery near the historic Madisonville archaeological site in Mariemont.
Tankersley and his team dug up part of what they think is the home village of the American Indians who built the famous Madisonville serpent mound.
Holy smoke, we ran into the lost village, Tankersley said, according to the Enquirer. Ive been trying to find this since 1972.

As an undergrad in UC’s College of Arts and Sciences, majoring in biochemistry, Sujata Malhotra dreamed of going to medical school. But upon graduation she decided to go into the food and beverage industry, beginning her career at Cargill, Inc.
