Nominate a Deserving Volunteer for the Outstanding Philanthropic Volunteer Awards

For the University of Cincinnati, the vision and generosity of one man, Charles McMicken, set in motion the opportunity to change the world and continue the culture of philanthropy for education fundraising started by Cincinnati’s leading citizens nearly 200 years ago. His desire to create an “institution of higher learning” to nurture the hopes, dreams and aspirations of generations of students has impacted not only our great city, but thousands of communities around the world.

Our volunteers continue to demonstrate that same commitment by generously giving of their time, talents, funds, imagination and energy to provide opportunities for our students, faculty and staff to achieve their goals and bring their dreams to fruition. Without the work of dedicated groups and individuals, the university would not be where it is today.
