An Update on Anthem Mail Order Pharmacy
Mail order pharmacy services are provided through Anthem Home Delivery beginning in January. Anthem Home Delivery is operated by Express Scripts.
Open, active maintenance medication prescriptions (excluding prescriptions for controlled substances) were transferred from Humana to Anthem and are available for refill.
Please note that prior to requesting a refill you must establish your patient profile on
. You will provide Anthem with payment information when establishing your profile.
You can request your initial refill by phone (call 866-216-5449 and select Option 2) or online at
. Your initial refill will NOT automatically be sent to you.
You should allow seven to 14 days for delivery after youve requested the refill. Automatic refills and refill reminders are available after youve requested your initial refill.

University of Cincinnati college is piloting a program to serve alumni of foster and kinship care

In 2025 the Ohio Reach Postsecondary designation was awarded to UC's College of Education, Criminal Justice, Human Services, and Information Technology (CECH) as part of the program's third cohort. The program recognizes and supports higher education institutions that have worked to make their campuses welcoming and accessible for students with a history in foster or kinship care. CECH will run a pilot program called Anchor Point aimed at wide-scale implementation across the campus in Fall 2026.
