Mick and Mack s to Host a Valentine s Dinner on Thursday, Feb. 12

Sweeties will be treated to a romantic dinner for $45 per couple, featuring appetizers, salad, a choice of entrée and a delectable trio of desserts.

Valentine’s Dinner Menu:

  • Blackened Shrimp with Avocado Tartar, Grilled Scallions and Roasted Garlic Ciabatta
  • Strawberry Bruschetta with Whipped Ricotta, Lemon Zest, Watercress and Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • Baby Arugula Salad with Shaved Fennel, Slow-roasted Grape Tomatoes, Prosciutto and Pear Vinaigrette
  • Chorizo and Chihuahua Cheese-stuffed, Tortilla-encrusted Chicken Breast with Grilled Zucchini and Spanish Rice topped with Chipotle Cream Reduction
  • Grilled Flat Iron Steak with Roasted Garlic Butter, Loaded Twice-baked Potato and Lemon Broccoli
  • Ravioli Stuffed with Portobello Mushrooms and Cheese, Roasted Butternut Squash, Toasted Pine Nuts, Truffle Cream Sauce and Tarragon Oil
  • Red Velvet Cake with Blueberries and Candied Lemon
  • Chocolate Mousse with Pomegranate Coulis and Chocolate-dipped Strawberries
  • New York Cheesecake with Macerated Cherries and Chocolate Ganache

To set the mood, women will receive a fresh-cut rose upon entry. Dinner will be served from 7 to 10 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 12.
