The workplace and college life can present challenges for transgender students and staff. Even in the more welcoming environment often associated with higher education, certain situations can present significant legal, human and ethical dilemmas for the school.
University of Cincinnatis Campus Services, Chief Diversity Officer and the LGBTQ Center are partnering to share a webinar, Transgender Students in College: Navigating Requirements, Accommodations and Avoiding Litigation that will present a clear understanding of the laws that apply to them regarding transgender students as well as the potential impact of executive actions and court decisions.
