UC HR Launches SuccessFactors Recruitment System
UC Human Resources launched SuccessFactors Recruitment, a new and innovative recruitment system, on Monday, Feb. 16, that will replace UCs current system, People Admin. The SuccessFactors Recruitment module will provide the university community, applicants, new hires and the Office of Human Resources with an intuitive and easy-to-use system while utilizing industry-best practices and mobile capabilities.
Benefits of this new system include:
- Electronic interface with UC Flex to create/update employee records
- More efficient workflow, reducing the number of stops in the recruiting and hiring process
- Increased ability to attract top talent and reach a diverse pool of qualified candidates
- Creation of a positive candidate experience, including the ability to check application status via the recruitment portal
- Enhanced reporting capabilities
- Tools to improve selection decisions
- Ability to view and print organizational charts for the university, as well as an online directory
In an effort to embrace a new era of Talent Management, UC Human Resources will now focus on a new set of strategic opportunities centered on themes such as efficiency, accountability, sustainability, leadership, flexibility and convenience. Talent Management is a set of integrated organizational HR processes designed to attract, develop, motivate and retain productive, engaged employees.
Additional updates regarding Success Factors Recruiting, Recruitment Marketing and Onboarding will be released over the next several weeks.
