The University of Cincinnati Wellness Advisory Committee is a collaborative group of faculty and staff from multiple colleges and departments throughout the university working on wellness initiatives for faculty and staff.

The committee is comprised of faculty and staff from the College of Medicine, College of Allied Health Sciences, College of Nursing, James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy, from the College of Criminal Justice, Education, and Human Services as well as from University Health Services, Campus Recreation and Human Resources, working together to plan a new, voluntary, worksite wellness program for employees. The new wellness program will launch this coming August.

already in place. The new program, offered in partnership with Asset Health, will offer a number of health and wellness opportunities for employees, including nutrition, fitness, and stress management activities as well as educational seminars, lifestyle management coaching, fitness challenges, biometric screenings, all with incentives for participation.

Please submit your ideas for wellness program names to https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/wellnessnamingcontest no later than May 15, 2015.

The Wellness Advisory Committee will select the winner by June 1, 2015.  The winner will receive $100 gift card to the UC Bookstore.  The winner will be announced via e-currents in early June.
