UC to host Fifth International Conference on Laser Peening and Related Phenomena
Hosted by University of Cincinnatis College of Engineering and Applied Science, Department of Mechanical and Materials Engineering, the Fifth International Conference on Laser Peening and Related Phenomena will be held May 10-15, 2015 at Tangeman University Center on the universitys main campus. Conference registrations are now being accepted.
The Conference will include:

- Tour of the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force
- Dinner and an Ohio River riverboat cruise

The 2026 challenge was to design a heat exchanger for a small gas turbine engine. The University of Cincinnati student team placed first. The team adviser was Professor Jongguen Lee.
